What can I do if I cannot find your driver or the car assigned to me?

Will I have to share my car with other people?
The service is dedicated only to you. When you book, a car will be reserved for just you and your passengers.

Where should I wait for the car and your driver?
After you book, we will provide all the information you will need. We will send you an e-mail with all the instructions for finding our driver and the place where you can meet.

Are there discounts for children or babies?
There are no discounts for these passengers.
In our cars, children and young people are counted as adults, so they are assigned a seat equipped with seat belts.
For children age 0 to 12, the customer must request specific seats/adapters, indicating the age, weight and height of the child (child seats, and adapters are only provided upon request).
We recommend parents to carefully follow normal safety rules and check the correct placement of the equipment.

I forgot something in your car, how can I get it back?
Contact us and provide the details of your transfer and a description of the lost item and we will be happy to help you.
The cost of delivering things to your home is based on the number of kilometres from our office.

If my baggage is lost, do you pick it up and bring it to my home?
Yes, you can ask the driver, who will see to collecting your lost baggage and bringing it to your address.
Agree with him directly for the costs and terms of the service.

Do your drivers speak English?
Our drivers speak English, French, Spanish and German.
We occasionally use outside drivers and, in those cases, we cannot guarantee it.

My luggage is very cumbersome: a bicycle, wheelchair, golf bag etc.
      Is the trunk of your car large enough?
Passengers are required to notify us in advance if there is cumbersome baggage.
If we are unable to transport, or weren't informed about, the cumbersome baggage, upon request, we will arrange to transport it for an additional cost to be discussed with the driver.

In what currency are your rates?
All our rates are calculated and expressed in € (euros)

Is it possible to make stops along the way?
Yes, after consulting with the driver.
A change of route and any costs for waiting time, must be agreed upon on the spot and will be in addition to the cost of the transfer.

Can I ask for the driver's phone number?
No, you have to use our phone numbers and tell all your needs.

Can I have a receipt?
Our e-mail or fax confirmation is a valid receipt but you can still ask the driver for one at the end of the service.
